Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Conference Producer to join our innovative events team in Dubai or Berlin. You will be responsible for researching, planning, and delivering high-impact conference agendas focused on AI, technology, startups, and innovation.

Content Research & Agenda Planning: You will conduct deep industry research to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in the AI and tech sectors. Your research will form the basis for engaging agendas that address real business concerns and provide solutions to our audience.

Speaker Outreach & Coordination: The role involves identifying and securing top-tier industry experts, keynote speakers, and panelists. You will liaise with them to coordinate availability, session formats, and logistics while ensuring a smooth experience for all involved.

Event Execution: You will work closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful conferences. From scripting session descriptions to managing on-site speaker briefings, you’ll be hands-on throughout the event lifecycle.

Partnership Collaboration: Collaborate with sponsors, exhibitors, and partners to incorporate sponsored sessions and branded panels in a way that enhances audience value while delivering commercial ROI.

Performance Tracking: Post-event, you'll collect feedback from delegates, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to debriefs to enhance future editions. Your ability to evolve the content offering based on attendee engagement will be critical.
