About the Location:

Situated in the heart of Riyadh, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh stands as an architectural icon within the Kingdom Tower. The hotel offers a unique blend of Saudi heritage and modern luxury, providing guests with an unforgettable experience through thoughtful and personalized service.

What You Will Do:

Guest Services:

Engage with guests before their arrival and during their stay to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.

Coordinate pre-arrival services, such as arranging wine tastings, dining reservations, shipping packages, and transportation.

Process and manage packages, faxes, messages, and mail promptly and accurately.

Customer Interaction:

Deliver exceptional hospitality and professionalism in all guest interactions, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints.

Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, events, directions, and local attractions.

Maintain up-to-date information on local restaurants, activities, attractions, and other services.

Technical & Administrative Support:

Utilize various software programs to manage guest interactions, including Hotsos, Opera, and the Four Seasons guest recognition system.

Provide basic troubleshooting support for in-room services, such as internet and TV.

Collaborative Duties:

Work closely with the Guest Service team to manage guest luggage, escort services, and special requests.

Assist with other responsibilities during peak times or when other staff are unavailable.

Requirements:

Nationality: Saudi Nationals preferred.

Experience: Previous experience as a Concierge is highly desirable.

Skills: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of local attractions and services, and the ability to provide personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
