Blake Anderson's client, a leading developer in Dubai renowned for creating exceptional and innovative luxury residential spaces, is seeking a talented and passionate Concept Interior Designer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of high-end residential projects in Dubai, working closely with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders.

About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing inspiring and high-end design concepts for various luxury residential developments across Dubai. Your creative input will help shape the future of these projects, ensuring that they reflect the unique character and aspirations of the target audience.

Responsibilities:

Trend and Market Research:

Conduct in-depth research on current design trends, materials, and finishes relevant to the luxury residential market in Dubai.

Concept Development:

Develop innovative and original concept designs that capture the unique essence of each project.

Create high-quality presentation materials, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate design ideas.

Collaboration and Integration:

Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with functional and regulatory requirements.

Participate in client meetings to present and refine design concepts based on feedback.

Technical and Creative Proficiency:

Stay up-to-date on the latest design software and technologies.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working on high-end residential projects.

Proven track record of developing creative and innovative design concepts.

Skills and Knowledge:

Strong understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and furniture brands.

Excellent technical skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience working in the Dubai design industry is a plus.

Fluency in English is required.
