Job Role:

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist with a strong background in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Transaction Monitoring to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and investigating FCRM alerts and cases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Responsibilities:

Review and investigate FCRM Alerts and Cases assigned by the AML Manager daily, following up with branches and business units as necessary.

Ensure all requests from the AML Manager are met within prescribed deadlines.

Maintain and provide accurate Management Information (MI) as instructed on all aspects related to FCRM Alerts.

Assist Compliance management with ad-hoc Compliance projects and investigations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in AML and transaction monitoring.

Experience as a Level 2 Analyst handling alerts/cases potentially leading to Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).

Knowledge of compliance policies and procedures.

Understanding of bank operations, products, policies, regulations, compliance, and risk management.
