Remote Talent is looking for a meticulous and experienced NDIS Compliance Auditor to join our growing team on a remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compliance or auditing professional with a solid background in healthcare, disability, or community services to contribute to a purpose driven organization that is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and care.

In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing documentation, assessing compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and ensuring that all quality standards are consistently met across the organization. You will play a central role in supporting the business to maintain full compliance with NDIS requirements and deliver services that reflect the values and expectations of the scheme.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in compliance or auditing within the NDIS, healthcare, disability, or community services sector. A thorough understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and audit frameworks is essential for this role. You should be highly detail oriented, well organized, and confident in reviewing complex documentation and translating findings into clear and actionable recommendations.

We are looking for a self motivated and reliable professional who can work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and integrity in everything they do. Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple audit tasks and deadlines simultaneously will be key to succeeding in this position.
