Job Overview: Alameda Healthcare Group is hiring a skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to help manage and optimize our payroll, benefits, and rewards systems. This position is integral to ensuring employee satisfaction, fairness, and compliance in pay structures and policies.
Core Responsibilities: You’ll manage the monthly payroll cycle, update salary structures, administer benefits programs, and provide compensation analysis reports. You will also ensure all payments comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
SAP & Systems: Prior experience with SAP or similar HRIS/payroll software is highly desirable. You’ll use digital systems to streamline workflows, reduce manual error, and deliver on-time, accurate payroll and reporting.
Benchmarking & Analysis: You’ll support salary surveys, benchmark compensation packages, and assist in developing competitive salary structures aligned with the healthcare industry’s best practices.
Employee Support: You’ll respond to employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, deductions, and other compensation-related matters, ensuring clarity and trust in HR communications.
Policy & Compliance: You'll ensure all compensation and benefits processes are compliant with local Egyptian labor laws and internal company policies. You may also assist in auditing and internal reviews.
