Position: Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Specialist

Location: Doha, Qatar

Company: Linum Consult

Employment: Full Time

Salary: QAR 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive compensation and benefits programme.

Conducting market research to ensure competitive pay and benefits packages.

Designing and administering employee recognition programmes.

Staying up to date with industry best practices in compensation and benefits.

Analysing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the rewards programmes.

Partnering with HR leadership to achieve strategic business goals.

Salary: QAR 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Profile:

3-5 years’ experience in compensation and benefits or similar HR field.

Strong track record of designing and implementing successful rewards programmes.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
