Compensation, Benefits & HR Reporting Officer

Job Description

Compensation & Benefits Administration: In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, fair, and compliant with UAE labor laws. You will handle salary structures, incentive schemes, and allowances while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Leave & Benefits Management: You will oversee the administration of employee leaves, healthcare benefits, and insurance policies, ensuring smooth processing and timely responses to employee queries. This includes liaising with medical providers and ensuring records are updated.

HR Reporting & Data Analysis: The position requires preparing detailed HR reports — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual — for management review. You will develop HR dashboards that provide clear visual representations of workforce data, supporting informed decision-making.

Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure that all HR policies, compensation packages, and benefits align with UAE labor laws and industry standards. This includes staying updated on legal changes and recommending adjustments where necessary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with HR colleagues, finance teams, and department managers to streamline operations, ensure accurate data entry, and resolve payroll or benefits-related discrepancies quickly and effectively.
