This position will play a crucial role in administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting HR reporting efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Manage employee leaves, medical benefits, and training programs.

Prepare accurate and timely HR reports, including monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly reports.

Develop and maintain HR dashboards for effective data visualization and reporting.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed.

Collaborate with HR teams to ensure efficient operations and data accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Proven experience in compensation, benefits, and HR reporting within the healthcare industry.

Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
