Overview:

Aspire Katara Hospitality is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Executive to join our Human Resources team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits management, with experience using Korn Ferry/Hay Group methodologies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits Management:

Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

Conduct regular salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the market.

Develop and manage rewards programs to motivate and retain employees.

Job Analysis and Evaluation:

Prepare and update job descriptions for all positions.

Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation levels using Korn Ferry/Hay Group methodologies.

Policy Development and Compliance:

Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights for decision-making.

Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in compensation and benefits management.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong understanding of compensation practices, trends, and regulations.

Experience with Korn Ferry/Hay Group methodologies is essential.

Previous experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is preferred.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

The candidate should be locally available in Qatar and must be able to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
