Overview:

Aspire Katara Hospitality is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Executive to join our Human Resources team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing compensation and benefits programs, with previous experience in renowned consulting firms such as Korn Ferry, Hay Group, Mercer, or Towers Watson highly preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits Management:

Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation structures to ensure competitiveness in the market.

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.

Consulting and Advisory:

Provide expert advice and consultation on compensation and benefits matters to senior management and HR team.

Collaborate with external consultants or firms as needed to enhance compensation strategies.

Policy Development and Compliance:

Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights for decision-making.

Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in Compensation & Benefits management.

Previous experience with renowned consulting firms such as Korn Ferry, Hay Group, Mercer, or Towers Watson is preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong understanding of compensation practices, trends, and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Candidate must be locally available in Qatar and able to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Previous experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is advantageous.
