Job Description

Role Overview: As a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator, you will ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and insurance coverage for employees across the group.

Key Responsibilities: Your role will include tracking attendance, overtime, and leave balances, managing health insurance, and supporting compliance with UAE labor laws.

Payroll Accuracy: You will coordinate with finance to ensure error-free payroll disbursement.

Benefits Administration: You will oversee employee health insurance, reimbursements, and related benefits programs.

Compliance: Ensuring all C&B processes comply with UAE regulations will be a crucial responsibility.

Reporting: You will prepare C&B reports, including insurance data, leave balances, and cost analysis.
