Michael Page is recruiting for a boutique consultancy firm specializing in asset, facilities, and estate management. Role Overview:
The Community Management Advisory role involves providing operational insights and strategies for clients in estate and facilities management. The position requires managing client relationships, executing consulting projects, and adapting to industry changes. The role also offers opportunities for travel within the GCC and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Understand client challenges and objectives to offer tailored advice and maintain strong relationships.
Operational Reviews: Conduct comprehensive reviews to identify improvement areas and ensure alignment with best practices.
Strategy Development: Develop and present actionable operational strategies, particularly in service charge schemes and lifecycle management.
Project Management: Oversee consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Industry Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to the company’s knowledge base, support business development by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals.

Requirements:
Experience: At least 10 years in facilities management, including 2 years as a project lead.
Background: Strong background in hard services with some exposure to soft services and community management.
Education: Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.
Skills: High adaptability, consulting experience, professional certifications (e.g., FMP, RICS APC, PMP), proficiency in Arabic, and a strong professional network.
Travel: Flexibility and legal ability to travel within the GCC.
