Job Description

old Dish Preparation: Prepare a variety of cold kitchen dishes such as salads and Arabic appetizers with precision and creativity.

Support Senior Chefs: Assist senior chefs with food prep and organization of cold kitchen operations.

Hygiene Compliance: Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Daily Prep Tasks: Help with daily mise en place and ensure that cold items are fresh and properly stored.

Food Quality: Consistently ensure high standards of food quality and presentation in every dish served.

Inventory Management: Monitor cold kitchen inventory and promptly restock supplies as needed.
