A high-end casual dining restaurant in Dubai is looking for a dedicated and skilled Commi to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and cooking of food items, maintain cleanliness and organization, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Essential Duties:

Food Preparation:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items, including meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and sauces.

Follow recipes and cooking techniques as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.

Workstation Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.

Monitor food temperatures during cooking and ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate level of doneness.

Food Safety:

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements:

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: Up to 3.2K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:

Open to Asian nationalities.

38 years old or below.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Hot/Cold section is an advantage.

Salary:

AED 3,000 to 3,200 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
