Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA), a leading Fit Out Contractor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee and lead multiple fit out projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial and commercial success of the projects, which span various sectors including commercial and hospitality. The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Director and will be responsible for providing strategic commercial guidance to the project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Commercial Management:

Provide strategic commercial guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.

Lead commercial negotiations and discussions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Contractual Management:

Manage all contractual matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Financial Oversight:

Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Monitor project costs and profitability, taking corrective actions when necessary to maintain financial health.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s interests.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.

Address and resolve any commercial issues or disputes that arise during the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the commercial team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s capabilities and drive success.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, with professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, CIPS) considered a plus.

Experience:

Extensive knowledge of contract law, commercial principles, and project management methodologies.

Proven track record in managing large-scale fit out projects, with a focus on commercial and hospitality sectors.

Skills:

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Capable of working independently in remote locations, showcasing resilience, adaptability, and strong problem-solving abilities.
