Job Description / Role

The Commercial Manager at RTC-1 Employment Services will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and executing strategic plans to expand the company's market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the market dynamics, especially in the petrochemical and coatings industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, and potential partnerships. Innovate new ways to reach existing markets and expand the customer base.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Partner with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategic business plans that enhance the company’s market presence and customer base. Ensure the alignment of these plans with overall business objectives.

Market Analysis: Identify and analyze market shifts, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to stay ahead in the industry. Adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Sales Administration: Oversee all sales administration and customer service activities, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Nationality: Open to Arabic nationalities.

Gender: Male.

Age: 35 to 40 years old.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the paints, petrochemicals, or construction industry.

Certifications: Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is an advantage.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Salary: Up to 20,000 SAR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications.
