AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Key Account and Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, drive business development initiatives, lead a team of key account executives, and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and market share growth within the HORECA sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow key accounts within the HORECA sector.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share growth.

Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of key account executives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in key account management, sales, or business development within the UAE, with a focus on the HORECA sector.

Education: Bachelor's degree.
