Collections Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Collections Officer to join one of Dubai's leading property developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service charge collections within our community management division, ensuring efficient collection processes while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute service charge collection processes for assigned community properties

Handle face-to-face interactions with property owners and tenants

Follow up on outstanding payments and implement collection strategies

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and payment histories

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

Prepare regular collection reports and updates

Coordinate with internal departments for resolution of customer queries

Implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding balances

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in service charge collections within Dubai's community management sector

Proven track record in successful collections and customer handling

Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate and community management regulations

Experience in face-to-face customer interactions and conflict resolution

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Proficiency in MS Office and collection management systems
