Nexero BPO is hiring for confident and professional Cold Callers and Appointment Setters to join their growing remote team. This is an opportunity for experienced outbound calling professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are comfortable engaging business owners and decision-makers with clarity, professionalism, and persistence. If you have a proven track record in cold calling, appointment setting, or BPO sales with US clients, Nexero BPO would like to hear from you.
In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospects, qualify leads, handle objections professionally, and book appointments for the sales team. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with decision-makers, communicating value propositions clearly and confidently, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activity within a CRM system. Delivering a consistent, high-quality experience on every call while meeting daily and weekly targets will be central to success in this position.
The ideal candidate speaks fluent English with a neutral or minimal accent and brings strong communication and objection-handling skills developed through prior cold calling or appointment-setting experience. Two to five years of BPO experience working with US clients is a strong requirement, along with familiarity with CRM systems and a reliable internet connection and headset setup. Experience in B2B sales and appointment setting, and the ability to engage confidently with business owners and senior decision-makers, will set strong candidates apart.
