Cluster Sales Manager

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across three properties in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue across all market segments while ensuring alignment with Accor's brand standards and values.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Management

Develop and execute sales strategies for all three properties

Set and achieve revenue targets across different market segments

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Create and implement tactical sales plans

Account Management

Maintain and grow relationships with key corporate accounts

Develop new corporate accounts and partnerships

Manage corporate rate negotiations

Handle group bookings and MICE business

Execute sales calls and client visits across all three locations

Revenue Optimization

Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies

Analyze market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Maximize room revenue and occupancy levels

Develop promotional campaigns to drive business

Team Leadership

Coordinate with on-property teams across all locations

Ensure effective communication between properties

Provide regular performance updates to hotel management

Train and mentor sales team members

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience

Proven track record in cluster or multi-property sales

Experience with Accor or other international hotel brands

Strong knowledge of UAE market and business culture

Valid UAE driving license

Essential Skills

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities

Strong communication skills in English

Proficiency in hotel property management systems

Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite

Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Arabic language

Experience with OPERA PMS

Understanding of multiple market segments (Corporate, MICE, Leisure)

Previous experience in the UAE hospitality industry

Travel Requirements

Regular travel between Dubai, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah

Ability to conduct sales calls across all three emirates
