Job Description / Role

As a Cloud Security Architect within Mandiant's Cloud and Infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients prepare for, mitigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats. Your expertise will span across computer science, operating systems, networking, cloud services, and corporate network environments, applying this knowledge to address various cybersecurity challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity Consulting:

Assist clients in navigating complex and high-profile cybersecurity incidents.

Perform forensic analysis, threat hunting, and malware triage to identify and mitigate threats.

Conduct security assessments on client networks, applications, and devices by emulating advanced attack techniques.

Technical Advocacy:

Act as a technical advocate for information security, providing in-depth knowledge of security domains.

Lead complex engagements, articulating and presenting technical concepts to business stakeholders, executives, and technical teams.

Security Transformation:

Work with clients to assess and enhance their security operations programs, focusing on on-premises and cloud architectures.

Conduct on-site workshops, review security controls, and provide detailed recommendations to harden the environment, improve visibility, and reduce risks.

Collaboration and Innovation:

Identify trends in security issues, collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks, and contribute to solution innovation.

Build strategic relationships with stakeholders, advise on best practices, and optimize processes to strengthen security measures.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in delivering cybersecurity outcomes and identifying mission risks.

At least 4 years of experience in assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions across multiple domains.

Skills & Abilities:

Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English, essential for engaging with local stakeholders.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in enterprise networking, network segmentation, Agile program management, SCRUM, and DevSecOps.

Knowledge of enterprise security controls, Zero Trust Architecture, Identity providers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Active Directory), and Privileged Access Management.

Experience in Unix endpoint hardening and enforcing security controls.
