Position Overview:

Asian Global Infotech is seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing cloud infrastructure, with a strong background in Virtual Stream and VMware. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen understanding of cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Infrastructure Management:

Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure services, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Virtual Stream and VMware environments.

Implement and manage cloud backup solutions such as Rubrik and Veeam.

2. Cloud Services Expertise:

Utilize expertise in cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP, to optimize cloud infrastructure.

Configure and manage cloud storage solutions, including Cloudain.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security and performance.

3. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.

Implement solutions to improve system reliability and performance.

Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on cloud infrastructure health and performance.

4. Certifications and Continuous Learning:

Maintain relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and best practices.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of cloud services.

Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies.

Generate regular reports on cloud infrastructure performance, security, and compliance.

Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a cloud infrastructure administrator role.

Expertise in Virtual Stream and VMware.

Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Strong problem-solving skills and a dynamic mindset.

Familiarity with cloud backup products like Rubrik and Veeam.

Knowledge of cloud storage solutions like Cloudain.
