Job Description
Xradical is looking for a driven and compassionate Clinician Recruiter to join its growing team on a fully remote, full-time basis across the United States. As a national career advisor for behavioral health clinicians and a trusted staffing partner for the healthcare organisations that hire them, Xradical brings deep specialisation in psychiatry, psychology, mental health nursing, and therapy, combining clinician-first guidance with rigorous, vetted placements for hospitals, group practices, and behavioural health organisations nationwide. This role is open at the Associate, Recruiter, and Senior Recruiter levels depending on experience, making it an excellent opportunity for both emerging and established recruiting professionals who want to build a meaningful career at the intersection of healthcare and human connection.
In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for behavioural health clinician positions including psychiatrists, PMHNPs, psychologists, therapists, and behavioural health specialists, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates across the United States. You will develop trusted, long-term relationships with clinicians, serving as a genuine career advisor who helps them navigate licensure, credentialing, compensation evaluation, and role fit rather than simply filling seats. You will partner closely with healthcare organisation clients to understand their clinical staffing needs, manage the search process from intake through placement, and provide ongoing partnership that extends well beyond the offer letter. Coordinating with licensing and credentialing support teams, maintaining accurate candidate and client records in the ATS, and consistently meeting placement and activity targets will all form part of your day-to-day contribution.
The ideal candidate brings one or more years of recruiting experience, ideally within healthcare staffing, behavioural health, or a similarly relationship-driven sector. You are a natural communicator who earns trust quickly, operate with integrity and compassion in every conversation, and understand that great placements come from genuinely understanding what clinicians need and what organisations value. Familiarity with behavioural health roles, licensing requirements, and the nuances of W2 versus 1099, locum versus permanent, and telehealth versus in-person practice environments will distinguish you as a candidate. A goal-oriented, self-directed approach and comfort working fully remotely across time zones are essential.
Xradical offers a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to build a career within a clinician-first organisation that is redefining what a behavioural health staffing partner looks like.
