About the Role:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Clinic Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our healthcare facility in Ras Al Khaimah. This critical leadership role requires a professional with extensive healthcare management experience and in-depth knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations.

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow management

Lead and supervise clinic staff, including medical and administrative personnel

Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and ensure high-quality service delivery

Maintain strict compliance with MOH regulations and JCI accreditation standards

Implement operational improvements to enhance clinic performance

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Management or related field (Master's preferred)

Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare management

Proven experience with MOH regulations and JCI accreditation requirements

Strong leadership skills with ability to drive operational excellence

UAE healthcare industry experience is mandatory
