Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellence in healthcare service delivery at Life Medical Centre. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in UAE healthcare management and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

Manage clinic schedules, patient flow, and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and standards

Monitor and maintain quality assurance programs

Oversee facility maintenance and equipment management

Staff Management

Supervise clinical and administrative staff

Coordinate staff scheduling and workforce planning

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

Identify training needs and organize professional development

Foster a positive work environment and team culture

Handle staff recruitment and retention initiatives

Financial Management

Develop and manage department budgets

Monitor revenue and expenses

Implement cost-control measures

Oversee billing and insurance processes

Analyze financial reports and metrics

Identify opportunities for revenue growth

Patient Experience

Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction

Handle complex patient concerns and feedback

Implement patient experience improvement initiatives

Monitor patient satisfaction metrics

Maintain effective communication with patients and families

Quality and Compliance

Ensure compliance with DHA regulations

Maintain medical facility licenses and certifications

Oversee medical records management

Implement and monitor safety protocols

Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience in the UAE

Proven experience in clinic or medical facility management

Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and standards

Experience with healthcare management software systems

Excellent understanding of medical terminology and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field

Previous experience in multiple medical specialties

Knowledge of both Arabic and English

Certifications in healthcare management

Experience with quality improvement methodologies
