Global Payments is looking for a client-focused and solutions-driven Client Support Specialist to join its team on a fully remote basis in Australia. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, complaints, and requests received via phone, email, and chat, investigating, resolving, and documenting merchant and partner issues using CRM and case management systems. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders from your remote environment, providing expert support grounded in a thorough understanding of Global Payments' products and services. You will collaborate across internal teams to deliver effective and compliant customer outcomes, manage refunds, direct debit setups and amendments, and maintain accurate client data. Continuous improvement will be a core part of your contribution, with client feedback, documentation updates, and service insights all forming part of how you will make the role your own. You will also support compliance requirements, training solutions, and general administrative tasks as needed, all within a fully remote working arrangement.

The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience in a client support or customer service role, with excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. You can quickly learn and navigate new systems and technologies, communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal form, and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure in a remote setting. Sound interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and a genuine appreciation for working within compliance and regulated environments are all essential.
