In this role, you will provide dedicated client support to Australian clients, serving as a key point of contact for enquiries, requests, and issues that require prompt, professional resolution. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound communications across email, phone, and other channels, coordinating internally to resolve client needs efficiently, maintaining accurate client records, and contributing to a consistently positive client experience throughout every interaction. Day shift hours are aligned to the Australian time zone, so comfort with Australian business hours is a requirement from day one.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of experience in a client support, customer service, or closely related role, with prior experience supporting Australian clients considered a strong advantage. You are a confident communicator, both in writing and verbally, and are comfortable managing client interactions independently in a fully remote setting. Strong organisational skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the self-discipline to deliver consistent quality throughout your working hours are essential.
