Job Description
Role Overview – Scala Staffing is looking for a Client Support professional to keep our online coaching business running smoothly. This position is ideal for organized, detail-oriented professionals with strong written English and professional communication skills who can provide reliable client support during PH (Philippines) working hours.
Client Communication and Support – You will provide client support by responding to inquiries, addressing client concerns, providing information about coaching programs, resolving issues, and ensuring clients receive prompt, professional assistance that supports their coaching journey and satisfaction with services.
Administrative Coordination – You will coordinate administrative tasks that keep the online coaching business running smoothly including scheduling, managing client information, processing enrollments, tracking progress, and handling various operational tasks that support coaching delivery.
Documentation and Record Management – You will manage documentation and client records using Google Sheets and online tools, maintaining organized data, tracking client interactions, updating information, and ensuring accurate records that support business operations and client management.
Proactive Problem-Solving – You will proactively identify and resolve potential issues, anticipate client needs, address concerns before they escalate, and take initiative in ensuring smooth operations and positive client experiences.
Communication Management – You will manage communications across email and other channels, maintaining professional correspondence, ensuring timely responses, coordinating with team members, and keeping clients informed throughout their coaching engagement.
Scheduling and Coordination – You will coordinate scheduling for coaching sessions, manage calendars, arrange appointments, send reminders, and ensure clients and coaches are properly coordinated for successful coaching delivery.
Process Support – You will support business processes by following established procedures, maintaining systems, suggesting improvements, and ensuring operations run efficiently and professionally in the online coaching environment.
Written English Skills – Strong written English and professional communication skills are essential. You must write clearly, professionally, accurately, and be able to communicate effectively with clients through written correspondence.
