Job Description

Job Role: As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, translating them into actionable tasks, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Client Management: Build long-term client relationships by understanding business needs, providing updates, and handling feedback effectively.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.

Communication: Draft professional presentations, proposals, and reports to present progress and maintain transparency with clients.

Problem Solving: Act as a bridge to resolve issues, anticipate client concerns, and proactively provide solutions.

Performance Tracking: Monitor client campaigns, track KPIs, and share performance reports with insights for improvement.
