Duties & Responsibilities:

B2C Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Client Interaction: Handle interactions with clients and stakeholders professionally and efficiently.

HRIS/SAP Management: Utilize HRIS and SAP systems for managing client information and processing transactions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to client service activities and performance metrics.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in client service processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Training: Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and systems usage.

Multitasking: Handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or any other related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or operations role.

Client Relations: Proven experience in dealing with clients and stakeholders.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of HRIS and SAP systems, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is required, along with strong English communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
