Client Relations Executive

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Client Relations Executive to manage our tenant and landlord relationships. This role focuses on the complete lifecycle of property management, from initial onboarding to property offboarding, while ensuring excellent client satisfaction and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Landlord Relations Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords

Process DTCM permit applications and manage their issuance

Handle Ejari contract registration and processing

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

Coordinate property listings and marketing activities

Negotiate rental offers and terms with potential tenants

Facilitate property viewings and inspections

Property Management

Manage the complete lifecycle of property units from onboarding to offboarding

Coordinate with maintenance teams for property upkeep

Ensure compliance with local property management regulations

Monitor and report on property performance metrics

Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the finance team for rental payments and financial matters

Coordinate with the marketing team for property promotions

Liaise with legal teams for contract preparation and review

Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management or client relations

Strong understanding of Dubai's property management regulations

Proficiency in CRM systems and property management software

Knowledge of DTCM and Ejari processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
