Job Description
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, understanding their needs, and addressing inquiries promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations. Regularly update clients on project progress and performance. Actively seek feedback to enhance client experience and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Marketing Coordination & Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and promotions. Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Support the design and implementation of branding strategies and content development. Track performance metrics and provide reports to management. Ensure all marketing activities align with the company’s strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
Content Creation & Social Media Assistance: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other digital channels. Proofread and edit materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice. Schedule and monitor content performance across platforms. Support multimedia projects and campaigns by coordinating with designers and content creators. Stay updated with trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Project & Task Management: Track multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain organized documentation, calendars, and task lists. Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Identify potential challenges and proactively propose solutions. Prepare status updates and progress reports for management review. Ensure all campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Reporting & Analytics: Collect data from marketing campaigns and client interactions to prepare reports. Analyze metrics to assess campaign performance, client engagement, and ROI. Provide actionable insights to improve future initiatives. Support management in making data-driven decisions. Maintain accurate records of client projects, deliverables, and performance outcomes.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams including design, communications, and operations to ensure seamless project execution. Attend client meetings and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes. Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to resolve issues. Encourage collaboration and maintain transparency in project updates. Support initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Process Improvement & Professional Development: Continuously evaluate marketing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Suggest strategies to enhance efficiency, client engagement, and team productivity. Stay updated with industry trends and marketing innovations. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Maintain professionalism in all client and internal interactions.
