Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for a commercial tower in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage cleaning staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations

Manage and train cleaning staff

Create and maintain staff schedules

Conduct regular quality inspections

Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory

Implement safety protocols and procedures

Handle tenant requests and concerns

Prepare operational reports

Maintain cleaning equipment

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications

3-4 years experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in commercial buildings

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) certification

Experience with modern cleaning equipment

Additional languages are a plus
