Role Overview: The Civil Technician will be responsible for performing civil maintenance, repair, and minor construction works within Engie-managed facilities. The role demands precision, technical skill, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Daily Maintenance Duties: Carry out routine inspections, repairs, and replacements related to masonry, carpentry, tiling, and other civil works. Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with the work schedule and operational priorities.

Technical Problem-Solving: Identify and diagnose structural issues, leaks, cracks, or surface damages, and implement appropriate solutions using approved materials and methods.

Safety & Quality Assurance: Follow company safety protocols, wear PPE, and ensure work is completed in compliance with UAE regulations and Engie’s internal quality standards. Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.

Documentation & Coordination: Maintain accurate work logs, update supervisors on job progress, and coordinate with other technical teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations during repair work.
