Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Civil Technicians to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise in civil maintenance and repair work, with a proven track record in the GCC region's facilities management sector.

Required Qualifications

ITI certification or diploma in relevant trade

2-3 years minimum experience in Facilities Management within GCC

Strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment

Basic computer literacy for reporting purposes

Good communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular inspection and maintenance of building structures and facilities

Execute preventive maintenance programs for civil works

Identify and repair structural issues including cracks, leaks, and damages

Conduct minor construction and renovation works

Maintain drainage systems and perform plumbing repairs

Handle tile work, plastering, and painting tasks

Perform concrete repairs and masonry work

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Follow safety protocols and procedures

Respond to emergency maintenance requests

Coordinate with other technical teams for integrated maintenance tasks

Working Hours

Full-time position

Shift work may be required

Additional Requirements
