Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Finishing Work Expertise: Proficient in all finishing work including tiles, walls, and flooring.

Construction Experience: Must have experience in villa and apartment construction.

Drawing and Computer Skills: Good knowledge of construction drawings and basic computer skills.

Supervision: Capable of supervising employees efficiently.

Scheduling and Planning: Develop crew work schedules and project planning.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years UAE experience in a similar role.

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, and English.

Availability: Locally available candidates preferred.
