Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with expertise in footing and steel structure works. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in footing and steel structure construction.

Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate project execution.

Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Schedule and assign duties to workers, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Maintain daily logs, reports, and records of job site activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in footing and steel structure construction.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
