Overview:

Elmar Marinas LLC is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in marine construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in marine construction projects and be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee the construction and maintenance of marine structures such as piers, docks, and seawalls.

Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other documentation).

Assess potential risks, materials, and costs associated with marine construction projects.

Provide technical advice and guidance to staff and contractors to ensure effective project execution.

Prepare and submit project designs, plans, and cost estimates.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Manage project documentation and report on project progress.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

5 - 7 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on marine construction.

Proven experience in planning, designing, and overseeing marine construction projects.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Candidate with a shorter notice period or immediate joiner will be preferred.
