Role Overview:

Emira Talent is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to support the planning, design, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will coordinate construction activities, review technical drawings, monitor project progress, and ensure that work meets approved specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Engineering Design and Planning:

• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Assist with civil engineering designs, calculations, and construction planning.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other engineering teams.
• Identify technical challenges and recommend practical engineering solutions.

Construction Supervision and Coordination:

• Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Inspect completed work and report deviations from project specifications.
• Follow up on project milestones and ensure activities progress according to schedule.

Quality Control and Safety:

• Conduct site inspections and support quality assurance activities.
• Ensure construction work follows approved engineering standards and procedures.
• Identify potential site risks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and relevant quality documentation.

Project Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare progress reports, technical documents, and site inspection records.

• Review contractor submissions and technical reports.
• Communicate project updates and technical concerns to management.

Requirements Essential Skills:

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
