We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DM (Dubai Municipality) Approved Civil Engineer to join our team at FiveTech Building LLC. As a DM Approved Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise civil construction projects from conception to completion.

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and approvals.

Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.

Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Prepare project progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

DM (Dubai Municipality) approval as Civil Engineer is mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction projects in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
