About the Role

The selected candidate will work closely with experienced civil engineers and project managers to support various on-site and office-based activities. This includes assisting in planning, drafting, inspection, and supervision of infrastructure and building projects. The position provides exposure to both technical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring a well-rounded experience in the early stages of your engineering career.

Key Responsibilities

As an entry-level civil engineer, your responsibilities will include reviewing engineering plans, conducting basic site inspections, assisting in material and quantity estimations, and preparing project documentation. You will also support compliance checks, ensure adherence to safety standards, and assist senior engineers in delivering project milestones.

Learning and Development Focus

This role is designed to offer practical exposure and on-the-job training to help recent graduates transition from academic knowledge to real-world application. You will have the opportunity to observe site practices, apply engineering principles, and enhance your technical software skills, such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D, while gaining valuable insights into UAE construction standards and protocols.

Collaboration and Communication

You will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants, contributing to effective project execution. Strong communication and a willingness to learn are essential as you will frequently participate in team meetings, site briefings, and technical discussions. Proficiency in engineering software and basic understanding of project lifecycle phases are preferred.
