About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a proven track record in construction and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Design and Management

Design and develop civil engineering projects from concept to completion

Create detailed project plans and technical specifications

Oversee construction projects and ensure adherence to design specifications

Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders

Technical Oversight

Review and approve project designs and technical documentation

Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations

Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments

Identify and resolve technical issues during construction

Prepare technical reports and documentation

Team Collaboration

Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals

Coordinate with various departments to ensure project success

Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise

Communicate project updates to stakeholders

Mentor junior engineers and technical staff

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

3-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering

Valid engineering license/certification

Previous experience in UAE construction projects (preferred)

Proficiency in engineering design software

Strong understanding of UAE building codes and regulations

Technical Skills

Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software

Proficiency in structural analysis software

Knowledge of project management tools

Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling)

Familiarity with construction management software
