Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 Approval to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in project management, municipal approvals, and construction oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee G+1 construction projects

Prepare and submit detailed technical documentation to Dubai Municipality

Navigate and utilize Dubai Municipality portal for project submissions

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with municipal regulations

Develop and maintain project documentation

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

Ensure projects meet all technical and safety standards

Prepare technical reports and progress documentation

Support project design and engineering processes

Manage project timelines and deliverables

Maintain accurate records of project developments

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Valid SOE (Site Operational Engineer) Card

Dubai Municipality (DM) Accreditation

1-2 years working experience in Dubai contracting companies

Comprehensive knowledge of DM portal submission processes

Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software

Excellent knowledge of Dubai Municipality submission procedures

Understanding of construction management principles

Familiarity with local building standards and regulations

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Required Documentation:

Updated CV/Resume

Copy of Bachelor's degree certificate

SOE Card

Dubai Municipality Accreditation

Professional references
