Job Description

KEO International Consultants, a leader in architecture, engineering, and project management, is seeking a talented Civil Engineer with expertise in roads and highways to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. In this critical role, you will be part of the Infrastructure team, responsible for developing road and highway designs across various project stages. Your expertise will contribute to some of the world’s most ambitious projects, where precision and excellence are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

Prepare roads and highways designs in accordance with the project scope and requirements.

Ensure all calculations adhere to Authority Standards and Codes of Practice relevant to the project location.

Technical Coordination:

Provide technical guidance to CAD Technicians/BIM Technicians in producing accurate drawings and models.

Coordinate with other disciplines to achieve a fully integrated design, ensuring consistency and quality across all project deliverables.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other deliverables as required by the project.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring all project documentation is clear and concise.

Key Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in road and highway design. Membership in a professional institution is desirable.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MS Office is essential.

Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an advantage.

Communication:

Solid written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
