The Company:

A successful Construction Group engaged in civil engineering and building works, with expertise in industrial, commercial, residential, and hotel projects.

Position and Project:

Following the recent award of a major building project, the company is poised to enter an exciting phase of their expansion. They are seeking an ambitious Civil Draftsman to help ensure the efficient delivery of this project and maintain their enviable reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

CAD Expertise: Utilize CAD software to produce detailed drawings, including as-built and coordinated drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

Design Coordination: Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop and coordinate structural and civil design documents.

Project Support: Provide drafting support throughout all project phases, from initial design through to construction and completion.

Technical Accuracy: Ensure all drawings are technically accurate, compliant with industry standards, and align with project requirements.

Documentation Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring that all changes and updates are accurately reflected in the drawings.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience: At least 10 years of proven experience in the main contracting field, with strong expertise in CAD software and drafting techniques.

Skills: Proficiency in producing high-quality technical drawings, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills.
