Job Summary:

Our client, a global advertising marketplace that facilitates revenue growth for media owners by linking marketers with consumers across all screens, is seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their team. The CTO will provide strategic leadership for the development and implementation of IT initiatives that align with the company's goals, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the technology department.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Provide visionary leadership for developing and implementing IT initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the digital platform.

Drive continuous improvement in IT policies and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of the digital exchange platforms and IT infrastructure.

Serve as a key spokesperson for the company’s technological vision, delivering compelling presentations.

Team Management:

Manage technology teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance across all technology domains.

Inspire team members to achieve excellence even in the face of complex challenges.

Technology Development:

Drive the development of digital platforms and applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Spearhead the integration of fintech solutions, enhancing exchange services with creativity and determination.

Oversee the implementation of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 technologies within the company's operations.

Operational Efficiency:

Ensure the efficient and effective management of the technology department.

Foster an environment where a Can-Do attitude translates into exceptional results.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and persuasive presenter capable of steering the technology department.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field.

Professional Experience:

Proven records of leading successful projects in IT and digitalization.

Extensive experience in fintech, including e-commerce, money exchange platforms, payments, remittance, and cryptocurrency.

A stellar track record of technological leadership with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape.

Skills:

Excellent managerial skills with a strong ability to inspire and lead teams.

Strategic thinking and the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.

Salary:

AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
