Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer to lead our operations in Qatar's premium kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise to drive growth and operational excellence across our commercial and residential project portfolio.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field)

Minimum 5 years experience in senior leadership role within kitchen & wardrobe manufacturing

Proven track record in operations management and business growth

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management

Experience in both commercial and residential construction projects

Excellence in team leadership and organizational development
