Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a critical focus on the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will bring strategic financial leadership, deep industry expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals

Provide strategic leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting

Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

Oversee financial operations, including risk management and financial analysis

Drive financial performance and support business growth initiatives

Manage financial team and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce

Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) certification

Minimum 5 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles

Extensive experience in the Healthcare sector

Proven track record in the Saudi Arabian market
