Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with business leadership skills to drive growth and ensure financial stability.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop and execute financial strategies
Lead capital planning and resource allocation
Drive business growth through financial planning
Provide strategic guidance to board and executive team
Identify and secure financial resources
Financial Operations Management
Oversee all financial operations and reporting
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure robust financial controls and compliance
Direct audit processes and relationships
Supervise treasury operations
Optimize cash flow management
Performance Management
Monitor and analyze financial performance
Develop and track KPIs
Implement performance improvement initiatives
Manage risk assessment and mitigation
Oversee financial systems and processes
Stakeholder Management
Report to Board of Directors and shareholders
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
Coordinate with external auditors
Lead and develop finance team
Collaborate with other C-suite executives
Required Qualifications
Education & Certification
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Additional MBA is advantageous
Experience
Extensive experience in senior financial management roles
Previous CFO experience preferred
International business experience
Experience in similar industry sector
Track record of successful financial strategy implementation
